Starting from 1/10/2021, the activities of Michiels Aannemingen NV will be integrated into Aclagro NV.
Since the acquisition in early 2020, the synergies between the various companies quickly became evident, leading both Square Group enterprises to collaborate regularly on shared projects.
In order to facilitate further growth and establish a consistent external image, both entities will operate under the umbrella of Aclagro NV starting from 1/10/2021. Aclagro NV will now cover the entire Belgian territory as its operational domain for construction-related activities, including infrastructure, demolition, and soil remediation.
